Fantastische service!
Twee keer hier verbleven. Heel charmant hotel, mooie kamers met goede bedden! Bij de tweede keer ben ik ontzettend fijn opgevangen door het hotel ivm de gasexplosie in het centrum van Utrecht (15/01/26). Ik zou eerst bij zusterhotel The Hunfeld slapen, maar toen dat niet meer mogelijk was, heeft The Hunfeld mijn reservering kosteloos verplaatst naar Eye hotel. Tevens werd ervoor gezorgd dat mijn koffer naar het nieuwe hotel werd gebracht, aangezien ik zelf niet bij het hotel mocht komen. Ik wil The Hunfeld en Eye hotel heel erg bedanken voor hun goede zorgen!

Wonderful!
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's very cozy, clean, comfortable, and stylish. A big plus is the tea and coffee facilities in the room, and also you can enjoy tea and coffee in the lounge area throughout the day. The staff is very helpful. The hotel's location is also very convenient, right in the city center and in 12-minutes walk from the central train station.
