A reservation is a group reservation when it has 5 or more rooms. If you would like to make a reservation, have any questions or want to cancel your reservation please contact us via e-mail or phone 030 303 6311.
From and to the airport we work together with Utrechtse Taxi Centrale (UTC). This can be booked directly via www.utc.nl. If you want to book a taxi bus or have special wishes, you can reach them on 030 – 7 777 777.
Although Eye Hotel loves being in the public eye, photoshoots and film tapings that are not for private use are only allowed with specific consent from the hotel. Should you wish to do either, please contact us via mail and we will be happy to assess your request and assist you in planning the film- and/or photoshoot.

Within our Utrecht City Concepts family, our meeting product is Utrecht City Meetings, which consists of 8 meeting rooms of various sizes, as well as a broad choice of food and beverage possibilities for you to enjoy. Our Event Executives are at your disposal to help you plan the perfect meeting.

Yes, we do! Utrecht is often referred to as 'bicycle city' so do what locals do and discover the city by bike!
Bike: ½ day = € 12.50 per bicycle | 1 day = €17.50 per bike
If you want to be sure that a bicycle is available for you during your stay in Eye, it is best to contact us in advance!
Check-in time at Eye Hotel is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00.
However, we are more than happy to keep an eye on your belongings before you check in or after you check out, so that you can enjoy the apple of our eye: Utrecht!

Of course! We serve a luxurious and varied breakfast every day between 07:00 and 11:00 AM to your table in our Eye lounge.
We like to keep an eye on things, so upon check-in we are happy to discuss around which time you would like to have breakfast. This means you are guaranteed to a table, fast service and a delicious breakfast!
We recommend you to travel by public transport as this is better for the environment and Utrecht’s city center is not very car friendly. If you still decide to come by car, you can use our adjoining parking deck on request for an additional fee.
Parking Jansdam - Utrecht
Address: Jansdam 1, 3512 AH Utrecht.
Parking costs: €35,00 (per day) from the moment of your check-in at 15:00, until your check-out at 11:00.
Since the number of parking spaces is limited, it is essential to reserve a spot in advance. To process your reservation, we require your license plate number. You can submit your parking request via email. If a spot is available, we will finalize the reservation for you. You will then receive a confirmation with additional information through our parking system, Toogethr.

Yes, reception is open 24 hours a day
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Eye Hotel
No, the rooms do not have a minibar. Our reception area does, however, have a refrigerator and you can buy cold drinks here and store your own chilled goods.
No, Eye Hotel does not have its own restaurant.
We do not have any specially adapted rooms. Of course, we are more than happy to book a room on the ground floor for you should this be more comfortable. Please ask about the possibilities when booking your room.
Eye Hotel is a cashless hotel, you can pay with either debit or creditcard. We do not accept cash payments.
Cancellation policy
When you book the Best Available Rate via our own website, you can cancel your stay with us free of charge up to one day before arrival date. So you can make plans with peace of mind!
Example: you have reserved for a stay on 19/12/2024, so you can cancel until 18/12/2024 12:00 CET.
Unfortunately, the above-mentioned does not apply to the non-refundable rates. If you have booked through a third party, please get in touch with them as their cancellation policy will apply.
