When is a reservation a group reservation?

A reservation is a group reservation when it has 5 or more rooms. If you would like to make a reservation, have any questions or want to cancel your reservation please contact us via e-mail or phone 030 303 6311.

What are the possibilities concerning a airport pickup?

Eye Hotel offers two options for an airport pickup: a regular taxi or a Tesla Cab.

From and to the airport Eye Hotel works with Tesla Cabs. Your journey from door to door will be in an electric Tesla, where you'll enjoy all the luxury the Tesla offers. A table for your laptop, a bottle of water and wifi guarantee a smooth ride for you to enjoy the view or answer some e-mails. Exclusively for Utrecht City Hotels guests, there is a special fee of € 109. Please let us know if we can make a reservation for you.

Would you prefer a regular taxi? We can take care of that reservation as well. 

What is Eye Hotel’s stance on photoshoots or film tapings in the hotel?

Although Eye Hotel loves being in the public eye, photoshoots and film tapings that are not for private use are only allowed with specific consent from the hotel. Should you wish to do either, please contact us via mail and we will be happy to assess your request and assist you in planning the film- and/or photoshoot.

Does eye have meetings facilities?

Yes! Within our Utrecht City Concepts family, our meeting product is Utrecht City Meetings, which consists of 8 meeting rooms of various sizes, as well as a broad choice of food and beverage possibilities for you to enjoy. Our Event Executives are at your disposal to help you plan the perfect meeting.

Does Eye have a bike rental service?

Yes, we do! Utrecht is often called 'bike city' so do what locals do and discover the city by bike!

1 day = €17,50 per bike

½ day = €12,50 per bike

When can I check in to Eye Hotel, and when do I check out?

Check-in time at Eye Hotel is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00.

However, we are more than happy to keep an eye on your belongings before you check in or after you check out, so that you can enjoy the apple of our eye: Utrecht!

Does Eye Hotel offer gym facilities?

Of course we do! To remain eye candy, one must work out...

Eye Hotel works with TrainMore to offer our guests excellent exercising facilities during their stay. With a large assortment of equipment, personal training, live classes, and a sauna, TrainMore is a luxury, fully equipped gym, at only 3 minutes from the hotel on foot.

Of course! We serve a luxurious breakfast in our Eye lounge.

Does Eye Hotel have parking facilities?

We advise our guests to come to Utrecht by public transportation, as it's the easiest way of getting to this car-shy city, and it's great for the environment! Simply take one of the many buses that stop at Neude and walk to Eye Hotel in under 3 minutes by taking the Voorstraat.

However, should you wish to come by car, Eye Hotel has 20 private parking spaces available at a 3-minute walk from the hotel.
Please inform us of your parking request in your reservation or by contacting the reception desk, as the number of spaces is limited.
The cost of parking is € 30,00 per day from check-in at 15:00 until check-out at 12:00.

Does Eye Hotel gave a 24-hour reception?

Yes, reception is open 24 hours a day

Are pets allowed at Eye Hotel?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Eye Hotel

Do the rooms in Eye Hotel have a minibar?

No, the rooms do not have a minibar. Our reception area does, however, have a refrigerator and you can buy cold drinks here. 

Does Eye Hotel have a restaurant?

No, Eye Hotel does not have its own restaurant. 

Does Eye Hotel have rooms that are suitable for disabled guests?

We do not have any specially adapted rooms. Of course, we are more than happy to book a room on the ground floor for you should this be more comfortable. Please ask about the possibilities when booking your room.

Payments Eye Hotel

Eye Hotel is a cashless hotel, you can pay with either debit or creditcard. We do not accept cash payments. 

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy

When you book the Best Available Rate via our own website, you can cancel your stay with us free of charge up to one day before arrival date. So you can make plans with peace of mind!
Example: you have reserved for a stay on 19/12/2022, so you can cancel until 18/12/2022 12:00 CET.

Unfortunately, the above-mentioned does not apply to the non-refundable rates. If you have booked through a third party, please get in touch with them as their cancellation policy will apply.
